SHIPPING POLICY

Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art  ships all orders via the USPS Priority Mail of UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges are based on location and the items purchased.

*For all US orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out. The items will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days and UPS ground takes 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 2-6 weeks for transit. Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

RETURN POLICY

Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging if possible.

If an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours. A replacement or refund will be grated.
