Hand built with stoneware clay slabs and has an exposed seem on the back.

Each mug has a one of a kind image hand printed on it.  Print color varies from mug to mug as they are handmade

Please note: Each mug is one of a kind and will vary in shape slightly.

Size: 4″ width opening x 3 ” base 3 1/2 ” height

Hand wash recommended, however they are dishwasher safe. Microwave safe.

SHIPPING POLICY

Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art  ships all orders via the USPS Priority Mail of UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges are based on location and the items purchased.

*For all US orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out. The items will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days and UPS ground takes 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 2-6 weeks for transit. Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

*If you are in need of your items sooner, please contact Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art for a quote on expedited shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging if possible.

If an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours. A replacement or refund will be grated.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. Please submit and inquiry for more information on exchanges.
