Jill Zeidler Ceramic Art  are food, dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted. As with any ceramic item handwashing is encouraged.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping prices are for FED EX GROUND or USPS FIRST CLASS.

I ship fully insured.

All orders will be carefully packaged and insured and shipped via FED EX or USPS.

Shipping will not be refunded if an item arrives broken. We will refund the price of the item or replace it.

Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of products.

PLEASE NOTE we are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered.

If you do not want FedEx or USPS to leave a package at your door, please contact us to alert FedEx that a signature is required for delivery.

Upgraded shipping is available by request. The customer is responsible for the extra shipping fees.

BREAKAGE POLICY
It is true that boxes get tossed around in shipping. If your pottery arrives damaged, please let us know immediately we are here to help!

Snap a pic of the damaged piece(s) and email us so we can file a claim and get a replacement or refund out as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply due to the nature of shipping costs for returning items and for the possibility of breakage upon return shipment by customer.
